"People of all ages are going Gaga over Gaga's!"
Use
as an intermezzo to cleanse the palette between courses during
a fancy dinner.
Hollow out half a lemon
and scoop
inside. Garnish with a mint leaf
and your favorite cookie. Freeze until ready to serve. Hint: make a flat cut
on the bottom of the lemon so it won't topple over when people dig into their
new favorite dessert!
Add scoops of
to your favorite punch.
Add your favorite mix-ins
to
.
We highly recommend semi-sweet chocolate chips or crushed ginger snaps.
It's also spectacular with fresh strawberries or raspberries.
A heaping scoop of
rules with hot apple pie… or just enjoy GAGA's
straight up!
Take frozen tartlett
shells, cook and cool. Melt your favorite dark chocolate candy bar in the
microwave and coat the bottom of the shell with it. Put in fridge. After it's
solid, use a small mellon baller to put in
.
Then whip heavy cream (no sugar, no vanilla) and put in a pastry bag and pipe
on top of
. Garnish with a slice of lemon
gelatin candy cut into a thin strip. YUM!

Grilled Pumpkin with ![]()
Cut pumpkin into 8-12 wedges. Remove the seeds and skin. Brush each slice
with butter and place on a hot grill or griddle pan. Grill for 7-8
minutes on each side. Lay the grilled pumpkin slices in a buttered baking
tray and dust heavily with icing sugar. Put the tray under a hot broiler
until the sugar caramelizes. Once the sugar begins to bubble, remove the
tray, dust again with icing sugar and place back under the broiler. This
time the sugar will color and begin to form a crust. Once golden and crisp,
the pumpkin wedges are ready to eat. Arrange them on individual plates
with a large scoop of
.
Add a spoonful of whipped cream for extra indulgence!

Cooler
(Adult version) In a blender mix a half pint of GAGA'S SHERBETTER, 4-6 ice cubes, 1 cup of Prosecco Frizzante BLEND together and place in wine glasses and garnish with a thin slice of lemon. You can freeze but be careful with thin wine glasses. It's best served immediately!
Note: There are three types of Prosecco. The first is Prosecco Tranquillo,
a white especially suitable with a heavy antipasti. The second, Prosecco Spumante,
